Implants

Implant ( Engl. ;, Implant ') referred to in the body modification s scene an article as jewelry visible under the skin is implanted. The jewelry implants are usually made of silicone or PTFE (Teflon ^® ), previously also made of suitable metals .

The forms can pyramids , stars , rings, (semi-) balls or cones at head or forehead or chest pose.
A special variant of implants are the so-called transdermal implants , which, instead of lying completely under the skin, partially protrude from it.
