Inácia da Conceição Teixeira is a politician from East Timor . She is a member of FRETILIN .

From 2002 to 2003 she graduated from Eyenesburry Senior College in Adelaide, Australia . In 2005 she received a “Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management” from the University of South Australia (UNiSA). From 2007 to 2008 Teixeira studied "International Tourism Management" at the London Metropolitan University with the help of a scholarship from the Ai Kameli Trust .

In 2009 Teixeira joined the Tourism Directorate as a national consultant. In 2010 she became Project Officer for the Organizing Committee of Expo 2010 in Shanghai at the Council of Ministers and in 2011 she became Coordination Analyst at the United Nations Development Program in the UN Resident Coordinator Office (UNRC).

In July 2015, Teixara became regional secretary for municipal tourism of the newly created authority of the special administrative region Oe-Cusse Ambeno ( Portuguese Autoridade da Região Administrativa Especial de Oe-Cusse Ambeno , ARAEO), the government and administration of the East Timorese exclave. She also held the office under the new President of ARAEO, José Luís Guterres, until the end of 2019. Most recently, Teixeira worked with the Asia Foundation as deputy program manager for the tourism development program.

With the change in the government coalition and the admission of FRETILIN to the 8th government, Teixeira was sworn in on June 24, 2020 as national vice minister for municipal tourism and culture .
