In the Wee Wee Hours ... is an American documentary film from 1987. Izak Ben-Meir was responsible for directing the short film. The student film about the homeless in Los Angeles , co-produced by the University of Southern California , was nominated for an Oscar in 1988 in the category " Best Documentary Short Film ". In the Wee Wee Hours ... was shown at various international film festivals , including the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam and the 1989 Berlinale in the Panorama section.
