Inchmarnock is an uninhabited island of Scotland in the Firth of Clyde , a bay in the west of the Scottish Sea . The island belongs to the traditional county of Bute .
geography
The approximately 3.2 km long and up to 1000 meters wide island is 1.5 km west of the Isle of Bute and 9 km northeast of the Isle of Arran . Inchmarnock is overgrown and up to 60 meters high. In the north and in the middle there are two small lakes.
