Trivia

SKW Stahl-Metallurgie Holding AG is demanding compensation from Kolmsee in the amount of 55 million euros. The reason given by the plaintiff is that Kolmsee, as a former CFO, made completely wrong calculations when developing new locations. On August 14, 2014, the company had to make write-downs of 84 million euros as the plants in Sweden and Bhutan were written down to zero. SKW shares lost more than 50 percent in 24 hours. Ines Kolmsee rejects the allegations and announced "legal steps against those responsible for the current events around SKW and their questionable behavior".

At the premature end of Ms. Kolmsee's term of office, information was published in the press that "internal company reasons" could also have played a role in the resignation. This was rejected by a spokesman for Ms. Kolmsee.
