Ines Saborowski-Richter (born July 29, 1967 in Karl-Marx-Stadt ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and has been a member of the Saxon state parliament since 2009 .

Personal, education and work

Ines Saborowski-Richter attended the secondary schools "Johannes R. Becher" and "Valentina Tereschkowa" from 1974 to 1984 and studied from 1984 to 1987 at the medical college "Walter Krämer". Since 1988 she has been working as a medical-technical laboratory assistant at the DRK blood donation service in Chemnitz.

Ines Saborowski-Richter is married and has a grown daughter.

politics

Ines Saborowski-Richter remained independent in the GDR and joined the CDU in 1999. In the local elections in 2004 she was elected to the Chemnitz City Council for constituency 3 (Gablenz, Yorckgebiet, Adelsberg, Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain) and is a member of the parliamentary committee there. In her party she is a member of the regional executive committee of the Christian Democratic Workers' Union (CDA) and the district executive committee of the CDU Chemnitz.

In the state elections in Saxony in 2009 , she was elected to the state parliament as a direct candidate in the Chemnitz 3 constituency. She works there as a member of the Committee on School and Sport and the Committee on Social Affairs and Consumer Protection.

In the state elections in Saxony in 2019 , she was again elected constituency member in the Chemnitz 3 constituency with 31.8 percent of the direct votes.
