The constituency of Chemnitz 3 (constituency 14) is a state electoral district in Saxony . It is one of the Chemnitz state electoral districts , which have been reduced to three since 2014, and includes the districts of Adelsberg , Bernsdorf , Einsiedel , Erfenschlag , Euba , Gablenz , Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain , Lutherviertel , Reichenhain and Yorck area . In the last state election (in 2019), 62,934 residents were eligible to vote.
