The constituency Mittelachsen 4 (constituency 21) is a state electoral district in Saxony .

It includes the towns of Döbeln , Hartha , Leisnig , Roßwein and Waldheim as well as the communities Großweitzschen , Mochau , Ostrau and Zschaitz-Ottewig in the district of Central Saxony . In the last state election (in 2019), 51,767 residents were entitled to vote.

For the 1994 to 2009 elections, the constituency was named " Döbeln " and had the constituency number 36. For the 2014 state election, the name was adapted to the districts changed in the 2008 district reform and a new number was given.
