The constituency of Bautzen 4 ( Upper Sorbian Wólbny wokrjes Budyšin 4 ; constituency 55) is a state constituency in Saxony . It was formed in 2014 and comprises the large district town of Hoyerswerda and the communities of Elsterheide , Königswartha , Lohsa , Neschwitz , Puschwitz , Radibor and Spreetal in the Bautzen district . In the last state election (in 2019), 44,826 residents were entitled to vote.

Most of the constituency was part of the Hoyerswerda constituency until 2014 .
