It includes the large district town of Bischofswerda , the cities of Schirgiswalde-Kirschau , Wilthen and the communities of Burkau , Cunewalde , Demitz-Thumitz , Frankenthal , Göda , Großharthau , Großpostwitz / OL , Neukirch / Lausitz , Obergurig , Rammenau , Schmölln-Putzkau , Sohland adSpree , Steinigtwolmsdorf in the district of Bautzen .
