For the Saxon state elections on August 31, 2014, there were changes in the constituencies. Since then, the constituency of Leipzig 1 has had constituency number 27. It is one of seven Leipzig state electoral districts and comprises (clockwise) the ten districts of Heiterblick , Engelsdorf , Althen - Kleinpösna , Baalsdorf , Holzhausen , Stötteritz , Mölkau , Anger-Crottendorf , Sellerhausen - Stünz and Paunsdorf .

Election 2009

The constituency of Leipzig 1 (constituency 25) was a state electoral district in Saxony . It was one of the seven Leipzig state electoral districts and comprised the districts of Probstheida , Meusdorf , Liebertwolkwitz and Holzhausen as well as the entire southern district with the districts of Südvorstadt , Connewitz , Marienbrunn , Lößnig and Dölitz-Dosen in the southeastern district . In the state elections in 2009, 66,303 residents were eligible to vote.
