It includes the cities of Bernstadt ad Eigen , Ebersbach-Neugersdorf , Herrnhut , Löbau , Neusalza-Spremberg , Ostritz and the communities of Beiersdorf , Dürrhennersdorf , Großschweidnitz , Kottmar , Lawalde , Oppach , Rosenbach , Schönau-Berzdorf ad Eigen , Schönbach in the district of Görlitzand has existed in this form since the state election in 2014 . 50,705 residents were eligible to vote in the 2019 state elections.
