The constituency of Bautzen 3 ( Upper Sorbian Wólbny wokrjes Budyšin 3 ; constituency 54, until 2014 Kamenz 2 ) is a state electoral district in Saxony . It includes the large district town of Radeberg , the cities of Bernsdorf , Königsbrück , Lauta , Wittichenau and the communities of Laußnitz , Neukirch , Oßling , Ottendorf-Okrilla , Schwepnitz and Wachau in the Bautzen district . In the last state election (in 2019), 54,249 residents were entitled to vote.
