The canton of Astaffort is a former French constituency that existed until 2015 in the Arrondissement of Agen , in the Lot-et-Garonne department and in the Aquitaine region ; its main town was Astaffort . Michel Esteban ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 .

The canton was 135.59 km² and in 1999 had 7,540 inhabitants. It was on average 78 meters above sea ​​level , between 43 m in Layrac and 215 m in Astaffort .
