Astaffort is a municipality with 2050 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine in France . It belongs to the canton of Le Sud-Est Agenais and is located on the lower reaches of the Gers on the border with the Occitania region .
The next motorway connection to the A62 autoroute is in the south of the city of Agen .
