Laugnac ( Occitan : Launhac ) is a French municipality with 667 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Laugnac is located in the Agen arrondissement and belongs to the canton of Le Confluent (until 2015: canton of Prayssas ). The inhabitants are called Laugnacais .
geography
Laugnac is about ten kilometers north-northwest of Agen . Laugnac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cours in the north, Sembas in the northeast, Castella in the east, Foulayronnes in the southeast, Madaillan in the south and Prayssas in the west and southwest.
