Saint-Romain-le-Noble ( Occitan : Sant Roman lo Noble ) is a French municipality with 418 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Saint-Romain-le-Noble is located in the Arrondissement of Agen and belongs to the canton of Le Sud-Est Agenais (until 2015: Canton of Puymirol ). The inhabitants are called Romaintois .

Saint-Romain-le-Noble is about 13 kilometers east-southeast of Agen . The Garonne limits the municipality to the south. Saint-Romain-le-Noble is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Pierre-de-Clairac in the north and northwest, Puymirol in the north and northeast, Saint-Urcisse in the east, Clermont-Soubiran in the southeast, Saint-Sixte in the south, Saint- Nicolas-de-la-Balerme in the south and southwest, and Saint-Jean-de-Thurac in the west.
