Grayssas ( Occitan : Graissas ) is a French commune of 130 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Grayssas is located in the Arrondissement of Agen and belongs to the canton of Le Sud-Est Agenais (until 2015: canton of Puymirol ).

Grayssas is about 20 kilometers east-southeast of Agen . Grayssas is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Perville in the north and north-east, Gasques in the east, Clermont-Soubiran in the south and Saint-Urcisse in the west and north-west.
