Estillac is a French commune with 2,007 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Agen and the canton of L'Ouest Agenais (until 2015: canton of Laplume ). The inhabitants are called Estillacais .
geography
Estillac is located about seven kilometers southwest of Agen in the Brulhois . Estillac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Roquefort in the north and west, Le Passage in the east and northeast, Moirax in the southeast and Aubiac in the south.
The A62 autoroute and the former Route nationale 113 (today's D813) run through the municipality . Part of Agen Airport is located in the municipality .
