Pont-du-Casse is located a few kilometers northeast of Agen . Pont-du-Casse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Foulayronnes in the north and west, Bajamont in the north-east, Sauvagnas in the east and north-east, Bon-Encontre in the south and south-east and Agen in the south-west.
The former route nationale 656 runs through the municipality .
