La Sauvetat-de-Savères ( Occitan : La Sauvetat de Savera ) is a municipality with 536 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). La Sauvetat-de-Savères belongs to the Arrondissement of Agen and the Canton of Le Pays de Serres (until 2015: Canton Laroque-Timbaut ). The inhabitants are called chatelains .

La Sauvetat-de-Savères is located about 13 kilometers east-northeast of Agen in the valley of the Petite Séoune . La Sauvetat-de-Savères is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Robert in the north, Cauzac in the northeast, Saint-Martin-de-Beauville in the east, Puymirol in the south and Saint-Caprais-de-Lerm in the west and southwest.
