Clermont-Soubiran (until 1972: Clermont-Dessus ) is a French municipality with 382 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Clermont-Soubiran is located in the Arrondissement of Agen and belongs to the canton of Le Sud-Est Agenais (until 2015: Canton of Puymirol ). The inhabitants are called Clermontois .

Clermont-Soubiran is located about 18 kilometers east-southeast of Agen on the Barguelonne . Clermont-Soubiran is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Urcisse and Grayssas in the north, Gasques in the east, Valence in the southeast, Lamagistère in the south and Saint-Romain-le-Noble in the west.
