Aubiac is a French commune with 1,119 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Agen and the canton of L'Ouest Agenais (until 2015: canton of Laplume ). The inhabitants are called Aubiacais .

geography

Aubiac is about eight kilometers southwest of Agen in the Bruilhois . Aubiac is surrounded by the neighboring communities Roquefort in the north and northwest, Estillac in the north, Moirax in the east and northeast and Laplume in the south and west.
