Cassignas ( Occitan : Cassinhàs ) is a municipality with 125 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Cassignas is part of the Agen arrondissement and the canton of Le Pays de Serres (until 2015: canton Laroque-Timbaut ). The inhabitants are called Cassignacais .

Cassignas is about 17 kilometers northeast of Agen . Cassignas is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hautefage-la-Tour in the north, Frespech in the north and east, Cauzac in the south-east, Laroque-Timbaut in the south and Monbalen in the west and north-west.
