Frespech ( Occitan Frespuèg ) is a French municipality with 293 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the Fumel Vallée du Lot municipal association, which was founded in 2016 . The inhabitants are called Frespechois .

The community Frespech is located in the Agenais , about 20 kilometers northeast of the city of Agen . The 11.7 km² community area is characterized by forests and high plateaus with fields and pastures. The flowing waters in the municipality drain over the Tancanne to the Boudouyssou in the catchment area of ​​the Lot .
