Trémons is a French municipality with 392 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the canton of Le Pays de Serres (until 2015: canton of Penne-d'Agenais ).

The Lot crosses the area of the municipality on the edge in the north and northwest.
Population development
After the records began, the number of inhabitants rose to an initial high of around 600 by the middle of the 19th century. In the period that followed, the size of the community fell to around 300 inhabitants during short recovery phases up to the 1960s, before, after a phase of decline, the population rose again.
