Saint-Vite is a municipality with 1170 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Saint-Vite belongs to the arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the canton of Le Fumélois (until 2015: canton of Tournon-d'Agenais ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Vitois .

The Lot River forms the northern limit of the commune of Saint-Vite. Saint-Vite is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Condezaygues in the north and west, Monsempron-Limbos in the north, Fumel in the northeast, Montayral in the east, Saint-Georges in the south and Trentels in the southwest.
