Masquières ( Occitan : Masquièras ) is a municipality with 181 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in France in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (2016: Aquitaine ). Masquières belongs to the arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the canton of Le Fumélois (until 2015: canton of Tournon-d'Agenais ).

Masquières is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Thézac in the north and northwest, Mauroux in the north, Sérignac in the east and northeast, Porte-du-Quercy in the southeast, Courbiac in the south and Tournon-d'Agenais in the west.
