Hautefage-la-Tour ( Occitan Autafaja / Auta Faja la Tor ) is a French municipality with 993 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Aquitaine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the canton of Villeneuve-sur-Lot-2 (until 2015 Penne-d'Agenais ).

Hautefage-la-Tour is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villeneuve-sur-Lot in the north, Penne-d'Agenais in the north-east, Auradou in the east, Frespech in the south and south-east, Cassignas in the south and south-west, Monbalen in the west and south-west, Saint- Antoine-de-Ficalba in the west and Pujols in the northwest.
