Saint-Antoine-de-Ficalba is a French municipality with 722 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the Canton of Villeneuve-sur-Lot-2 (until 2015: Canton of Villeneuve-sur-Lot-Sud ). The inhabitants are called Antonins .

Saint-Antoine-de-Ficalba is about seven kilometers south of Villeneuve-sur-Lot . Saint-Antoine-de-Ficalba is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pujols in the north, Hautefage-la-Tour in the east, Monbalen in the south and south-east, Castella in the south-west and Sainte-Colombe-de-Villeneuve in the west.

The National Route 21 runs through the municipality .
