Saint-Urcisse ( Occitan Sent Orsisi ) is a French municipality with 236 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Lot-et-Garonne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Aquitaine ). Saint-Urcisse is located in the Arrondissement of Agen and belongs to the canton of Le Sud-Est Agenais (until 2015: canton of Puymirol ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Urcissiens .

Saint-Urcisse is located about 16 kilometers east-southeast of Agen on the Séoune . Saint-Urcisse is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Puymirol in the north, Perville in the northeast, Grayssas in the south and east, Clermont-Soubiran in the south and Saint-Romain-le-Noble in the west.
