The canton Casteljaloux was until 2015, Canton in the district Nerac in the Lot-et-Garonne in the region of Aquitaine in France .
history
The canton was founded on March 4, 1790 as part of the establishment of the départements as part of what was then the "District of Casteljaloux". With the founding of the arrondissements on February 17, 1800, the canton was redesigned as part of what was then the arrondissement of Nérac. From September 10, 1926 to June 1, 1942, the canton was part of the Arrondissement Arrondissement Marmande .

The canton bordered in the north on the canton Bouglon in the arrondissement Marmande , in the east and southeast on the canton Damazan , in the southwest on the canton Houeillès and in the west on the canton Grignols in the arrondissement Langon in the Gironde department .
