The constituency Vogtland 4 (constituency 4) is a state electoral district in Saxony . It includes the towns of Elsterberg , Lengenfeld , Mylau , Netzschkau , Reichenbach in the Vogtland , Rodewisch and the communities of Heinsdorfergrund , Limbach , Neumark , Pöhl , Steinberg in the Vogtlandkreis . In the last state elections, 45,150 residents were entitled to vote.

For the 2004 and 2009 elections, the constituency was named "Wahlkreis Vogtland 3". The name was changed for the 2014 state election: the former constituency of Plauen became "constituency Vogtland 1", the former constituency Vogtland 1 became the new "constituency Vogtland 2", the former constituency Vogtland 2 became the new "constituency Vogtland 3" and the constituency Vogtland 3 to the new "constituency Vogtland 4".
