The constituency of Zwickau 5 (constituency 9) is a state electoral district in Saxony . It includes the towns of Hohenstein-Ernstthal , Limbach-Oberfrohna and Oberlungwitz as well as the communities of Callenberg , Gersdorf and Niederfrohna and thus part of the Zwickau district . In the state elections in 2019, 46,279 residents were eligible to vote.
