The constituency of Meißen 3 (constituency 39) is a state electoral district in Saxony . It includes the cities of Meißen and Nossen as well as the communities of Klipphausen , Niederau and Weinböhla and thus the southwestern part of the district of Meißen . In the last state election (in 2019), 51,532 residents were eligible to vote. The electoral district was reduced by handing over three municipalities to the electoral district of Meißen 1 (formerly Riesa-Großenhain 1 ), which was valid in 2014 .

Constituency 39 was called constituency Meißen 1 in 2004 and 2009 . It included the cities of Lommatzsch , Meißen and Nossen as well as the communities of Diera-Zehren , Käbschützal , Ketzerbachtal , Klipphausen , Leuben-Schleinitz , Niederau and Weinböhla and thus part of the district of Meißen with 64,558 residents entitled to vote.
