Frank Uwe Hirche (born August 27, 1961 in Hoyerswerda ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and a member of the Saxon state parliament between 2009 and 2019 .

Life

After attending the Polytechnic High School " Handrij Zejler " in Hoyerswerda, Hirche completed an apprenticeship as an electrician from 1978 to 1981 . Until 1986 he worked as an electrician at VEB Gebäudewirtschaft Hoyerswerda. From 1986 to 1988 he did his basic military service in the NVA . From 1988 to 1993 he worked again as an electrician in the Scheibe opencast mine and from 1993 to 2005 at BUL-Bergbausanierung und Landschaftsgestaltung Sachsen GmbH. From 2005 to 2009 he was employed by the Society for Education and Training (GAF) in Hoyerswerda. His work there as a construction manager included the supervision and guidance of one-euro jobbers .

Hirche is married and has one child.

politics

Hirche has been a member of the CDA Saxony since 1993 . In 1994 he joined the CDU. Since 1999 he has been chairman of the CDU-FDP parliamentary group in the city council of Hoyerswerda. In 2008/2009 he was a member of the district council of the Bautzen district . In the state elections in 2009 , he was a direct candidate in the constituency of Hoyerswerda with a share of the vote of 32.6% in the Saxon state parliament. He was a member and deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee for social affairs and consumer protection, a member of the committee for rules of procedure and immunity issues, as well as spokesman for expellees in the CDU parliamentary group.

On September 3, 2011, Frank Hirche became chairman of the regional association of expellees and ethnic German repatriates in the Free State of Saxony / Silesian Lusatia and in 2013 he was again on the regional executive committee of the East and Central German Association of the CDU / CSU - Union of Expellees and Refugees ( OMV ) in the regional association of Saxony elected.

From April 2012 to 2014, Hirche was one of 19 members of the first Saxon NSU investigative committee “Neo-Nazi Terror Networks in Saxony”.
