Ingeborg Grünwald (born May 21, 2001 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian athlete who specializes in the long jump .

Athletic career

Ingeborg Grünwald achieved her first international successes in 2017 when she won the gold medal at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr with a width of 6.23 m and was disqualified with the Austrian 4 x 100 meter relay in the preliminary run. The following year she reached eleventh place at the U18 European Championships there with 5.98 m and took part in the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires that fall , where she won the bronze medal. In 2019 she finished fifth at the U20 European Championships in Borås, Sweden, with 6.21 m.

In 2019 Grünwald became Austrian champion in the long jump.
