Inger Lise Hegge (born January 6, 1965 in Steinkjer ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

Hegge, who started for the Henning IL , ran her first of 40 individual World Cup races in Oslo in March 1988 , which she finished in 17th place in the 30 km mass start race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1989 , she achieved 19th place over 10 km freestyle and 13th place over 30 km freestyle. In March 1990 she was second in Örnsköldsvik and in March 1991 in Oslo third with the relay. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1991 in Fiemme Valley , she finished 15th over 30 km freestyle and 12th place over 10 km freestyle. In January 1991 in Minsk she achieved fourth place over 30 km classic, her best placement in the individual World Cup. In the 1991/92 season she came in the points five times and achieved her best overall result with 16th place in the overall World Cup. At the season highlight, the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , she finished 21st over 15 km classic and 14th over 30 km freestyle. The following year she came 11th in the 30km freestyle at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun . She completed her last World Cup race in February 1995 in Oslo, which she finished classically in 28th place over 30 km.

In 1990 and 1991 she won over 10 km at Norwegian championships . In addition, she was three times second (1989 over 20 km, 1992 over 15 km and 30 km) and once third (1993 over 5 km).
