Ingo Schulze (born February 8, 1948 in Tangermünde ) is a German ultramarathon runner and organizer of ultramarathon events.

Life

Ingo Schulze has been an ultramarathon runner since 1978. In 1998 he organized his first multi-day competition. In 2003 he organized the first transcontinental run through Europe with great media interest.

Special award from the German Ultramarathon Association in 2007 : "Ingo Schulze, as an organizer [...] did great work in promoting the ultramarathon." In November 2009 Ingo Schulze was made an honorary member of the DUV.
