Ingo Mayr (born June 27, 1965 ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and mayor of Roppen since 2004 .

Life

In June 2014 Ingo Mayr took over the chairmanship of the SPÖ Tirol from Gerhard Reheis . In September 2016 he announced his resignation from this position, at the party congress on October 22, 2016, Elisabeth Blanik was elected as his successor.

Mayr is married, has two children and is chairman of the works council at the Tyrolean employment service .
