Inken-Isabell Becher (born September 2, 1978 in West Berlin , temporarily married as Inken-Isabell Beeken ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Inken Becher started playing soccer at Berliner SV 92 in 1985 . The defender came to 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam in 2003 via the stations Hertha Zehlendorf , SC Siemensstadt and Tennis Borussia Berlin . Becher already played in the Bundesliga at Tennis Borussia Berlin, where he was promoted to and relegated to the Bundesliga.

The police officer was able to celebrate her greatest successes since moving to Potsdam. With Turbine, Becher was twice German champion, three times cup winner and 2005 UEFA Women's Cup winner. In 2007, Becher moved back to TeBe Berlin, where she temporarily ended her career after the 2007/08 season for health reasons. For the 2011/12 season, however, she returned to the regional league for TeBe , finally ending her career in 2016 after another injury.

Becher played for the U16 and U-21 national teams and, since 1997, for the German women's national soccer team , with which she became European champion in 1997 .
