Innaarsuit [ ˌiˈnːɑːsːuitˢʰ ] (according to the old spelling Ivnârssuit , German small slopes ) is an inhabited peninsula in the district of Upernavik in the Avannaata Kommunia in Greenland .
Innaarsuit forms an island together with the somewhat larger Saattup Akia peninsula . On the north coast is the place of the same name Innaarsuit . Qilakitsup Ilua Bay separates Innaarsuit to the west from Qeqertarsuaq Island . The bay Natip Ilua , together with the strait Ikerasaatsiakassak, separates Innaarsuit from the island of Ateqanngitsorsuaq . The peninsula is covered by several unnamed lakes. The following headlands are located on Innaarsuit:
- Innaarsuup Nuua in the northwest
- Nasiffia in the northeast
- Pukkitsuakassak in the east
Other named points on Innaarsuit are the transition point Tupersuarsuit in the southeast and the nearby coastal strip Alianaatsorsuaq .
