InterSystems Corporation is an American software company. Since 1978, all business activities and branches in 21 countries (as of 2009) have been controlled from the headquarters in Cambridge . In 2016, InterSystems Corporation had worldwide sales of $ 574 million.

history

The company was founded in 1978 by Phillip T. Ragon. InterSystems was one of the original providers of the so-called M-Technology, known as MUMPS ( Massachusetts General Hospital Utility Multi-Programming System ).

Products

InterSystems Caché was launched in 1997. At the same time, the development of M-Technology was stopped. InterSystems Ensemble was launched in 2003 and InterSystems HealthShare was launched in 2006. InterSystems DeepSee was implemented at InterSystems Caché in 2008.

In September 2017, InterSystems announced the release of the InterSystems IRIS Data Platform. The platform has been available since January 31, 2018.
