Irene Aloisi

Irene Aloisi (born May 20, 1925 in Milan , † January 1, 1980 in Rome ) was an Italian actress .

Life

Aloisi began her career in 1954 when she was almost thirty; she played, mostly in comedies, the bourgeois lady, the friend of the heroine or the somewhat capricious and well-behaved bourgeoisie. The elegant character actress with differentiated facial expressions and gestures portrayed these women, who often lived quite luxuriously, in around twenty roles until the mid-1970s. She was also cast for television, including in important works such as Orgoglio e pregiudizio ( pride and prejudice ) 1957 directed by Daniele D'Anza , La cittadella (1964) by Anton Giulio Majano and in episodes of the series Vivere insieme ; where she played for Antonio De Gregorio and Giuliana Berlinguer .

In 1959/1960 she played on stage at the "Teatro Alessandro Bonci" in Cesena and in 1963 in Milan under Carlo Terrón .

Aloisi died in Rome at the age of 54.
