Irfan Bachdim (born August 11, 1988 in Amsterdam ) is an Indonesian - Dutch football player . The midfielder has been part of the professional squad of the Thai club FC Chonburi since 2013 .

Career

society

Bachdim played in the youth of Ajax Amsterdam and SV Argon before joining the youth department of FC Utrecht in 2003. In 2008 he was part of the club's professional squad for the first time. On February 17, 2008 he was surprisingly in the starting line-up of the FCU against VVV-Venlo and played the 90 minutes. It was his only mission so far. Bachdim has been part of the reserve team since then and is a top performer there.

National team

When the Indonesian U-23 selection set up their training camp in the Netherlands in 2006, Bachdim joined their squad. Before the subsequent Asian Games in 2006, however, the midfielder was injured and missed a nomination.
