Irina Sergejewna Nekrasowa ( Kazakh Ирина Сергеевна Некрасова , born March 1, 1988 ) is a Kazakh weightlifter .

Career

In the world annual best list of 2007, she came 12th in the 69 kg class. At that time she had a duel performance of 228.0 kg with a body weight of 64.07 kg. She achieved this result on September 20, 2007 in Chiang Mai at the World Weightlifting Championships . In the world annual best list of 2006 in the 63 kg class, she slipped to 23rd place with 210.0 kg duel performance.

Nekrasova celebrated her greatest success at the 2011 World Weightlifting Championships in Paris , when she came in 5th place in the 69 kg class with 109 kg in the snatch, but she failed to push at 129 kg and only brought 121 kg (17th place) in the duel competition, in which she was able to achieve 9th place with 230 kg.

At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing , the Kazakh woman won a silver medal by illegal means. Follow-up examinations in 2016 revealed that she was taking the doping agent stanozolol at the time . In August 2016, she was therefore banned. In November 2016, she was the Olympic medal revoked .
