Irina Omelciuc (born September 22, 1983 ) is a Moldovan athlete and summer biathlete .

Irina Omelciuc missed a medal win at the Balkan Junior Athletics Championships in 2002 in Istanbul as fourth in the 2000 meter obstacle course. In the same year she ran in the 3000 meter obstacle race in Belgrade with 11.05.48 minutes national record. At the Summer Biathlon European Championships in Bansko in 2008 , she was eighth with four shooting errors, in the mass start race she was disqualified. In the mixed relay race, the Moldovan competed as the starting runner and was fifth with Dimitria Ciobanu , Vitalie Gheorghiță and Viorel Gheorghiță .
