The Ironside Glacier is a 50 km long glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Admiralty Mountains, it flows from the south flank of Mount Minto in a southeastern direction between Mount Whewell and Mount Herschel to Moubray Bay . At its mouth, it joins the Honeycomb Glacier coming from the north . The Baldwin Bluff , a rock cliff that juts out along the southwest flank of Ironside Glacier at a distance of 8 km southwest of the summit of Mount Whewell on.
Participants in the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1957-1958) named it after its imposing appearance, in particular due to the large icefall in the lower section of the glacier.
