Isabella Biagini (1969)

Isabella Biagini (actually Concetta Biagini ; * December 8, 1940 in Rome ; † April 14, 2018 there ) was an Italian actress , radio announcer and model .

Life

Biagini began her career in radio and as a model at a young age; so she was a participant in the Miss Italia election in 1956 , worked as a radio actress and got assignments where she was photographed for advertising campaigns. She also cast Michelangelo Antonioni for a role in The Friends . During the 1960s she found numerous opportunities to work in radio, television, and photo novels . In doing so, she managed to emphasize her comic side in television shows and musical comedies and was therefore in demand not only as a decorative accessory, but also as an imitator. In the cinema, on the other hand (almost all of her films were Commedie all'Italiana ), she was mostly committed to the blonde, busty and not very intelligent femme fatale . She made the majority of her films until the late 1970s. In 1992 she played in the successful play "Agenzia matrimoniale" by Marta Flavi Theater. After only a few roles in the following decade, she was back in a movie role (in Anna Di Francisca's La bruttina stagionata ) after a break of almost ten years and made three more appearances until 2000.

In 1981 Biagini appeared in the Italian edition of Playboy .

Biagini was privately committed to helping the homeless and the victims of poverty. Their daughter Monica died of heart disease in 1999. Biagini was married three times.
