The Isla Chaigneau ( Spanish ; in Argentina Isla Zuloaga ) is a 2 km long and up to 723  m high island before Foyn coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 8 km northwest of Cape Casey in Cabinet Inlet .

Chilean scientists named it after Federico Chaigneau, who had belonged to the team of the 25th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1970–1971). The background of the Argentine naming is not known.
